Goods trademark classes include tangible articles or goods such as chemicals, cosmetics, machineries and apparel.The first 34 classes of trademark classes in India are dedicated to goods. Each class represents a certain type of goods and firms must register their trademarks inside the correct class or classes to ensure brand protection.

Service Trademark Classes

The remaining 11 classes of trademark classes in India are dedicated to services. Service trademark classes cover intangible services such as legal services, education and entertainment.
