Trademark Class 9
Trademark Class 9 includes a wide range of goods related to scientific, nautical, surveying, photographic, cinematographic, optical, weighing, measuring, signaling, checking (supervision), life-saving, and teaching apparatus and instruments. It also encompasses apparatus and instruments for conducting, switching, transforming, accumulating, regulating, or controlling electricity. Additionally, it covers apparatus for recording, transmission, or reproduction of sound or images, as well as magnetic data carriers and recording discs.
This class further includes items such as compact discs, DVDs, and other digital recording media. It encompasses mechanisms for coin-operated apparatus, cash registers, calculating machines, data processing equipment, computers, and computer software. Lastly, Class 9 includes fire-extinguishing apparatus.
Trademark Class 9 encompasses an even broader range of goods, including additional items such as:
- 1. Apparatus and instruments specifically designed for scientific research in laboratories.
